This would give you exclusive use of Culzean’s conference facilities, with stunning views over the Firth of Clyde towards Arran.

Culzean Castle
HOSPITALITY TARIFF 2010 & 2011
Robert Adam’s magnificent cliff-top castle was built for David Kennedy, the 10th Earl of Cassillis, to entertain his friends in style. Today Culzean can be yours for a summer’s evening to entertain your friends in 18th-century elegance with superb views across the sea to the mountains of Arran.
From April to October the Castle is available for private hire from 4.30 pm.
In winter, it can be available for functions throughout the day.
Some rooms in the Castle and other buildings around Culzean’s beautiful grounds can be hired at any time for a more self-contained event and at a more modest fee than that for the whole Castle. Our charges reflect the Trust’s primary purpose of conserving Culzean for people’s enjoyment, now and into the future.
Private use of the Castle as required, eg:-
Reception in the Armoury, Wedding Service in Round Drawing Room or Oval Staircase, Dinner in the State Dining Room (max 72 guests), Tour of the Castle
Cocktail Reception, standing ~ max 150 guests
Facility fee: Friday, Saturday, Sunday £6,000+VAT
Facility fee: Monday to Thursday £4,000+VAT
Ailsa Room
Lunch, dinner parties, seminars ~ max 48 guests
Facility fee: £900+VAT
Restaurant
Dinners, receptions, celidhs ~ max 100 guests
Facility fee: £1,500+VAT
Camellia House
Wedding Services ~ max 40 guests
Facility fee: £1,500+VAT
Auditorium
Conferences, lectures ~ max 80 guests
Facility fee: £700+VAT
Marquee site fee
For use of ground in front of Castle - with Marquee being connected to Castle ~ max 200 guests
Facility fee: £9,000+VAT

For use of ground at Events Field at the Home Farm ~ 300+ guests
Facility fee: £2,500+VAT
Provisional Bookings
A provisional reservation should be made in writing to Miss Fi McClelland and will be held for two weeks.
Confirmation of Booking
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the facility fee is required to confirm a booking. Visa and Mastercard are welcome, or a cheque made payable to
the National Trust for Scotland.
A written acknowledgment will be sent.
Terms of Settlement
A final invoice will be issued after the event and settlement must be made within 14 days of invoice

Music and light entertainment
Suggestions can be offered, including a pipe band, lone piper, clarsach player, string quartet, singers or Highland dancers.
Smoking is not permitted in the Castle
